Booking and order cancellations

1. Purpose This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work across Livera categories: Home (membership-linked benefits), Vizzle (marketplace commitments), V-Cart (product orders), Livera Care (appointments), Handyman (service jobs), V-One (coupon reservations or limited drops), and Leisure (experience bookings). Because each category has different operational constraints, cancellation windows and fees may differ. Where a checkout screen shows a more specific rule, that screen controls for that transaction.
2. General principles Cancellations should be submitted in-app when the feature is available, or by emailing policies@liveraapp.com with your account email, order or booking reference, category name, and reason. We aim to confirm receipt within a reasonable business timeframe. Fraudulent cancellation patterns, repeated last-minute no-shows, or abuse of goodwill exceptions may lead to limits on future bookings.
3. Home category cancellations Home itself is an overview experience and does not typically sell cancellable inventory. However, loyalty benefits surfaced on Home may depend on active membership status. If a membership, subscription, or paid loyalty upgrade is introduced, cancellation of that membership will follow the membership terms shown at purchase. Cancelling a membership does not automatically cancel already confirmed V-Cart orders, Handyman jobs, Livera Care appointments, or Leisure bookings; those must be cancelled under their own rules.
4. Vizzle cancellations 4.1 Buyer-side. If you agree to purchase or reserve an item through Vizzle, you must follow the listing's stated cancellation or meetup terms. If a seller fails to respond within a reasonable period or misrepresents an item, you may cancel the pending arrangement and report the listing. 4.2 Seller-side. Sellers who cancel after accepting a commitment without a valid reason (safety issue, item already sold elsewhere disclosed immediately, force majeure) may receive reduced visibility or account review. 4.3 Platform role. Livera is not always a party to Vizzle peer transactions. Cancellation outcomes for peer deals are primarily between users, though Livera may mediate in good faith.
5. V-Cart order cancellations 5.1 Before fulfillment. You may cancel many V-Cart orders shortly after placement while the order remains in a cancellable status (for example, pending confirmation or not yet packed). Once an order is packed, shipped, or handed to a courier, cancellation may convert into a refusal-on-delivery or return process under the Refund Policy. 5.2 Made-to-order or perishable goods. Items marked as non-cancellable, customized, or perishable may have shorter or zero cancellation windows after confirmation. 5.3 Merchant-fulfilled orders. When a partner merchant fulfills an order, that merchant's cancellation cut-off may apply and will be disclosed where practicable at checkout. 5.4 Partial cancellations. Multi-item carts may allow line-item cancellation before shipment; shipping fees may be recalculated.
6. Livera Care appointment cancellations Appointments with wellness or care providers should be cancelled as early as possible so another client can use the slot. Unless a provider states a stricter rule: cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are generally free of late fees; cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows may incur a late fee or forfeiture of a booking deposit as shown at booking. Medical or emergency situations should be communicated promptly to policies@liveraapp.com and the provider; Livera will consider compassionate exceptions.
7. Handyman job cancellations 7.1 Customer cancellations. If you cancel a Handyman request before a professional is assigned, cancellation is typically free. After assignment but before the provider is en route, a modest cancellation fee may apply if disclosed. If the provider is already traveling or has started work, you may be charged for call-out time or completed portions. 7.2 Provider cancellations. If a Handyman professional cancels, Livera or the provider should offer rescheduling. Repeated provider cancellations may affect provider ranking. 7.3 Access issues. If a job cannot proceed because premises access was not provided, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation by the customer.
8. V-One offer and coupon cancellations V-One coupons are often time-limited. Saving a coupon does not always create a paid booking. Where V-One requires a reservation fee or locks limited inventory, cancellation rules will appear on the offer page. Expired coupons cannot be cancelled for value. If an offer is withdrawn by a merchant before your valid redemption window without fault on your part, Livera will attempt a substitute offer or relief as reasonably available.
9. Leisure booking cancellations Leisure experiences may involve third-party operators, limited group sizes, and advance preparation. Typical structure (unless checkout states otherwise): free cancellation up to 48 hours before start time; partial credit or fee between 48 and 24 hours; limited or no refund inside 24 hours or after check-in. Weather, safety closures, or operator cancellations should result in rescheduling or a pathway described in the Refund Policy. Participants who miss transport rendezvous points may be treated as no-shows.
10. How to request a cancellation Open the relevant order or booking detail in the app and choose Cancel if available. If not available, email policies@liveraapp.com with: full name; account email; category (Vizzle, V-Cart, Livera Care, Handyman, V-One, or Leisure); reference number; preferred resolution; and any supporting details. Do not send sensitive payment card numbers by email.
11. Effect of cancellation Upon successful cancellation, inventory may be released, appointments reopened, and payment authorizations reversed according to banking timelines. Loyalty points or V-One benefits tied to a cancelled purchase may be clawed back. Home loyalty card display will update when membership status changes.
12. Force majeure Neither Livera nor partners are liable for cancellations compelled by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, governmental restrictions, widespread outages, or safety shutdowns. In such cases we will work to reschedule or provide alternative remedies where feasible.
13. Changes to this Policy Livera may update this Cancellation Policy as categories evolve. The latest version will be available in the Profile > Policies section of the app.
